Wexford Secondary Schools Cross Country

Good Counsel College, New Ross hosts the Mr Oil Wexford Secondary Schools Cross Country on Wed, 28th Nov (11am). This is always a great day’s sport with a good mix of thoroughbreds, in the latest lightweight spikes, and dray-horses in football boots! Kids love being there because being there means not being in a stinky boring class doing trigonometry or Shakespeare or, OMG, religion. Now just in case any clever kids do happen to see this you need to LISTEN UP! Some schools may be a little slow on the uptake when it comes to letting you know about stuff like this.  So you gotta take the initiative, maybe borrow a line from Donald T to let them know why it’s so important you secure a get-out-of-school card: “I’ve always won, and I’m going to continue to win. And that’s the way it is.” That should really impress! Then get yourself a pair of football boots!!
