Event Rules
Turbo Jav – 3 consecutive throws – longest will be measured
Chest Push – 3 consecutive throws – longest will be measured
Shot Put – 3 consecutive throws – longest will be measured
Standing Long Jump – 3 jumps (may not be in succession depending on numbers)
Speed Bounce – 20 seconds
Under/Over Race – will be determined by numbers

Athletes must be registered with Athletics Ireland and be in a County Wexford club
All athletes must be pre registered both evenings by their club; athletes competing on 14th April must be registered by email on or before Wednesday 12th April 2023 – clubs can email for entry form – marie@mroil.ie.
€2 per athlete each night – numbers will be in club envelopes and can be collected on evening of competition – entry fee payable on the night when collecting numbers. Numbers can be collected from 6.30 – one club member from each club collect the numbers and pay for all registered athletes.
Every athlete will receive a number which must be worn in competition.
Results will be emailed to clubs. Prizes will be given to one member of each club on 28th April for athletes who have competed. Athletes should do both nights. Why?? Nicer prizes!!
Age Categories – as per Athletics Ireland competition rules. No athlete may have a birthday in the year and compete in that age.
